GET YOU AND THE BOA TO THE VET. NOW!!!
Sorry to be so dramatic, your BRB has all the symtoms of a respiratory infection. It is something that can kill your herp. The longer you wait the longer the recovery time will be. In fact I suspect that at this stage your Boa will need to be hospitalized. You should go in on an emergency call at this point, if you can. If you can't make sure heat and especially humidity is where it should be. Dry winter air, although I don't know where you live, can cause an inflammation. Humidity should be round about 70%, basking heat 85 degrees and ambient heat 75 to 80. Higher than 88 degrees can be bad though for extended periods.
