Reeve turtle's carapace is terrible!!

she is about 6 years old. Before discovered this symthoms, I was negiligence to her. As you see, her carapace looks rotten. I wanna give medical treatment to her. What can I do? And why this disease was outbreaked? I'm so sad when I see my reeves turtle. Now, she is living very nice aquarium. I try to making good environnment more and more if it needed...
