Is he possibly still developing his mature coloration? Do the spots show regardless of his mood (excited color, sleep, calm)? Are the spots changing in shape or size? Do the spots themselves change color at any time? If the spots change in color or don't show sometimes they may be a naturally occurring variation in that particular cham's skin layers. If the spots are always the same or getting bigger, they could be fungal or bacterial infections. Just can't tell. Some fungal infections glow slightly when a blacklight is shone on them, but not all. A vet can check this pretty easily. [ Hide Replies ]
