Time was about 5:00 p.m. and they temps had been in the mid 80's that day so probly about 78-80. Seems February is a good time to flip them, I have only found them in late spring early summer road cruising at night. The pair I found 10 years ago at the same spot were out on the road at mid summer around 9:30 p.m.
