As for cage ideas, I put together a really functional ETB cage by converting an old bookshelf. I took out the shelves, made a door, and voila! We cut a whole out of the top, screened it, and have a humidifier feeding through it, a heat lamp set on top, and the UVB is rigged inside the actual cage. He seems to really dig the height, and watching him go up and down the branches can be fun for hours. We also have a huge water pan at the bottom to encourage him to drink/soak if he wants to, and to increase humidity. We're actually going to install a water dish at branch level so he can drink up there as well.
Good luck in your endeavors! I'd love to see the finished product if you build something!
By the way, I don't think your tank is big enough. I would suggest four to five feet tall, at the least. That way your ETB can really enjoy him/herself, and get a good amount of exercise out of it. Exercise is something critical for health!
