It does look like a pure Central American Type II. Hard to tell from the pictures but it might more specifically be a Black-tailed Anery. The Black Tailed Type II seems to me incompatible with Type I while traditional Type II Anerys seem to be compatible. However there are very few breedings to know for sure.

I would just call your Boa a Type II Anery to be safe. Any other name just adds on to that to specify it a little better.

Breeding to a Hypo, specifically a Nicaraguan Hypo would be a good idea. I think.

Take a look at BurkeReptiles.com They have some Type II Ghosts on there (Type II Anery Hypo).
I'm not sure what Type IIs are going for right now, but anywhere from $500-$1000 is not unreasonable. Personally for nice examples I would not have a problem paying $700 or more.
