Hey,
A good way I used to correct the problem of the chams seeing eachother is by streching a string from wall to wall several feet in front of the cages(or do it in the middle of the room if there is space) and then hang an opaque shower curtain from this. You will be able to open it if you need to , or close it so they cant see eachother. Be careful it isn't too close to the cage or it will block air flow.
For the lighting, just simply stretch a piece of coated electrical wire or string across the tops of the cages and then hang the dome lights down from these. The longer fixtures for the fluorescent bulbs can be done the same way, just make sure the wire or string is strong enough to hold them. Here;s a pic that may help ya out...
