help with jacksons

I don't know if i have a problem or if i've just been lucky. I have had quite a few chams sent to me and had them eat the next day. But i just got a new pair of jacksons three days ago and neither of them have eaten yet. Should i be concerned or does this happen sometimes after shipping? They appear to be in good health. They look great and are nice and fat.
