Rack cleaning for dwarves Q...

OK, so I am only 5'5" which means that I have really short arms. Too short in fact to reach the back of my racks. What I've been doing is using a pair of feeding tongs to grip a wad of paper towel soaked in vinegar and scrub the depths but it is kind of a pain and not too sturdy. Any one have any suggestions?
