Well I am only 4'11 myself..so I feel you when you can't reach the backs of some cages/racks. I can't even manage some of them even with my step stool, this is for cages that are high and depth such as 4 ft - 6 ft ones here. Racks here have pullout tubs..so its simple and easy for myself to clean them since they can be pulled out.
