How do I know if she is carrying eggs so that I should provide a sand bucket for her to expel them"...why even put yourself in the position of having to wonder if she has eggs or not? I put a container that, when empty the female will fit into with a couple of inches to spare on all sides. I fill it about 2/3rds full of washed sandbox sand so that she has a place to start to dig when/if she does have eggs. [ Hide Replies ]
