Can I feed my baby ball a......?

I was wondering if I could feed my baby ball python "Marley" a live fuzzy mouse? Ive got a pic of him. The top one is Marley and the bottom one is Marley compared to my bigger ball Monty. I know the mouse can fit inside of him easily but his neck is so thin I dont know if the swallowing process of the mouse could hurt him or not. I would appreciate any help anyone could offer, Marley is my girlfriends snake (shes in the bottom pic) and she always makes me feed the frozen pinkies and it sucks, so Im tryin to switch to live fuzzies.
