I have been to the Sutherland's place when they were in Lancaster, here in CA, and have seen their Snow and their Ivory in person. When I saw their Ivory, the Ivory had not even been named yet, and I really liked it. I am pretty sure I saw their Snow too, but honestly cannot remember. At that time, a White snake was the Pinnicle of Ball breeding. That has obviously changed, as people are saying, "I hope my new Co Dom morph does NOT produce a white snake." First off, the SK's Snow is a very nice snake, but the Snow, in my opinion, has lost most of the luster it had when it was the only white snake. I still love a NICE Ivory, and when I produce one, it will not be kept on newspaper, so hopefully it will never look "dirty." So would I like to have a Snow one day, sure, a Snow to replace my Albino breeder would be cool, but it is not a "must have" for me. I would take a Paradox Lucy, a Paradox or normal Ivory over a Snow based on looks. Based on what it can produce, that is a different story. In closing, Dan and Colette are two of the best people in the business, I purchased most of my first Ball morphs (Hets) from them, and they were always very helpfull, and allowed me to visit when I went to pick some animals up, and walk through their snake room. I never went to their newest room, but man, what I did see was top notch, very healthy and CLEAN collection, and a place run to two amazing individuals. Did I say clean? I mean to have that many snakes, and keep it looking that good...takes alot of time and dedication!
