Hello,



I'm new to the chameleon thing. Raised lots of herps and even a monkey once. The chameleon seems to be a bit more in depth though. Getting a Jacksons in about a week. My concern and question is its very dry here where we live, top of a mountain in Montana. I'm afraid that with an open air habitat that I wont be able to maintain the proper humidity. Ive looked at the Exo Terra terrariums and they look nice and have the front vent panel. Would one of these work or should I look into something else? The reason i would prefer a glass enclosure would be that it would help to maintain humidity levels.



Would using one of the Exo Terra terrariums and maybe a small fan, say a computer fan, be sufficient for air circulation? Or Regularly leaving the doors open? Not to concerned with the chameleon escaping, after all they move rather slow. The back wall is covered and i would plan to put covering IE the terrarium or fish tank backgrounds on the sides to prevent the reflection stress.



Any ideas or input here?
