Just to clear up some confusion...

Corey,

I agree with what you are saying, it is a bit misleading if this animal is truly not a genetic homozygous "Ghost/Hypomelanistic" to call it a "Hypo Killerbee".

BUT, at the same time, he definitely is correct in saying that the phenotype of this animal is hypomelanistic. There is definitely a severe reductions of melanistic pigment being expressed, which is the true definition of what a hypo/ghost is, but this is caused by multiple genetic factors (ie. spider and super pastel traits).

Hope this helps, and isn't it nice to know we are all correct, just confused in our discussion at hand?
