I think that was me and right now the set-up is rather boring. I have a 125gal Lizard lounge with 5 Balls in it. I have 60 qt rubbermade tubs as quarantine tanks. This is for convenience since I currently live in a one bedroom apartment.
I have attached pics of the case system I had in Washington. It has two enclosures on the top, three in the middle, and one on bottom. Bad sides about the case: notice the light that got pulled down by the Ball and the doors were in the back. It is on rollers but it weighs about 300lbs. It is 5' tall, 6' wide, and about 2' deep.
There is also a pic of the enclosure we built for the rescued iguana. Spur of the moment item. 7' X 8' sliding glass door and plywood walls. Wire mesh for the roof with plastic over it to keep the heat in. As I said this was a spur of the moment thing and we did add Ficus trees and some live plants.
The last pic is a TV I gutted and am in the process of converting to an enclosure. 24/7 animal planet. I have remove all the TV electricals and need to paint it and put in the BP electricals. Lights, heat, thermostat.
Home Depot. Windows cost a couple hundred maybe and are ready to be framed. And evertime I see the melamine shelve systems with the pre drilled holes. All you would have to do is buy two, a back, top and bottom pieces, shelves. Any saw and cut from the back slots just big enough to slide the heat tape through. Add tubs.
And then there are the $150 cheap bathtubs and showers. Or find one that has been returned cracked or slightly damaged. Arboreal cages with a waterfall system.
OK, now I'm rambling again. Thanks, you've kicked in my addiction again. Now I have to find my local chapter of HERPERS ANONAMYS.
