I live in MA. myself but I am more than willing to flood this guy with emails explaining the difference between a five foot ball and a fifteen foot burm. You know the sad thing is that even length shouldn't matter. None of the problems that the herp world suffers from would exist in anywhere near the levels they do if pet stores were prevented from carrying reptiles. If access was cut of to any impulse buyer who walks into a pet store people would have to do more research to get the animal in the first place and would be better educated before purchase. It wouldn't be 100% but it would prevent a lot of problems for people and more importantly for the animals and there wouldn't be such a knee jerk reactionary tendency to take away responsible keepers' pets. Sorry for the rant.
