I just wrote a letter to my rep and talked to his secretary on the phone. She said she would get my letter and a picture of my daughter with some snakes to him asap and have him call me from Austin to discuss this on the phone. They're discussing the bill today. When I explained to his secretary that I raised snakes, she said, "Oh, he has a 14 year old son who would love to have a snake."



I'm embarrassed for Texas that this bill even exists. I thought this kind of thing only happened in liberal states.
