I just read an old post from the localities and morphs forum. A lot of people seem to get really heated as to whether or not guyanas and suris are the same. The made argument that they are seems to be that they are only sepparated by political boundaries.
If this is the casen however, what do these people make of venezuelan and/or brazilian boas. These boas are clearly phenotypically distinct and to my knowledge, are separated only by political boundaries.
What I'm trying to say is that I belive that boas from the eastern part of suriname are probably slightly different from those of the wester side, that the same is true for guyana. I think a boa from well into suriname would likely have a look that is considered to be characteristic of a suri and the same is true for a boa from well into guyana.
There can be a gradual and noticeable phenotype change. After all, I know that the eastern coachwhips near my house are all red, where as a few miles north they have dark brown heads.

Please tell me what you think!
