Like Vinnie said, hold the tail between your index finger and thumb top and bottom (I usually do it with my index finger on top and thumb on bottom), and slide them backwards towards the tail tip while applying light pressure. You will feel two little bumps, like BB's on the males an inch or two down but nothing on the females. It's very easy to do, very accurate and causes no or very little stress on the snake with no chance of prolapses or perforated sheaths. Oh yeah, you can do it over and over too for lots of practice. | ||
