I shipped 2 melleri too large for plastic containers this way: For a larger cham I have used a styrofoam lined fish box. A small one so he doesn't have a lot of room to fall or get bounced around. If you can't get a smaller box, you can stuff part of a larger one with newspaper and move the styrofoam panels in to make a smaller area. I wedged a branch into the liner on both ends firmly for him to grip, laid a layer of wet paper towels on the bottom, and taped a heat pack on one side of the styrofoam panels. You don't want the heat pack to get wet. Most chams tend to sleep once they are enclosed in a dark container. Depending on how you are shipping it and how much information will be on the company's airbill, you may want to mark the outside with the temp range that is OK, and something about "Live Harmless Reptile".
