bearded dragon laying eggs

my bearded dragon is about to lay eggs. i already have an incubator up and running but i have a couple questions. first, what temp should it be set at? right now i have it at 90 degrees. second, what do you put the eggs in? i was told to use vermiculite, so i went to walmart, they didnt have any but said perlite is about the same thing so i bought a bag of that, will that work ok? thanks
