SHOOTING AT STARS BOA is a better name beacuase it Fits JOE POWER. Why? Becuase it is what he is doing. But thats OK.

Chris, You already know the answer to many of the questions you posed.

Joe Power, I know WHO started that Thinking, and once it gets around by the one person, it GETS AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!! So, I know why you would want to Stay Annonomous making the post and claim you have. However, there are actually a "few" of you who think the way you do. I personally don't want to answer your question, because you'll just have to find out for yourself.

I do have a few Secrets in my back pocket, but this is not one of them. The people who don't understand Genetics like to draw similarities to the Paradigm, and "HOW" this could be similar. FIRST, Boa Woman Carmel, and the Sharp albino are NOT COMPATIBLE. They make some cool DH's when bred to eachother. They call these hets Paradigms. However, Compatible? No.....

I'll make a longer post in my Blog for you to go over the GENETICS of the situation, but it just doesn't make sense.

I'll answer one of Chris's questions here. Is the T postive (or VPI CARMEL) compatible with the KAHL albino? I don't know!!! I have not done the breeding. I should know this year with 2 litters but the were done with "HET" kahls and not a True albino. IF I thought they were, I would have done a LOT more breedings then just 2 hets, and the 2 hets are Morphs of something else. DO, I think they are Compatible??? NO!!!! I would be surprised if they were.

IF They were, and I KNEW it and wanted to keep it a Secret, WHY Would I post that litter? I knew People would SPECULATE because weirder things have happned to me ESPECIALLY when using a Motley.

Example: Breeding a Motley NOT het to an Albino and producing and Albino in the breeding. Example 2. Breeding a Motley Not Het to a HET albino, and an Albino came out of the litter. Example 3. Breeding Motley to a Het and again an ALBINO pops out. Example 4. Breeding a Motley to a normal, and 2 Super Motleys Pop out. (Or 2 Appearing Super Motleys). Example 5. Breeding a Motley to a T pos, and having 2 T pos's come out. 1 was a runt that didn't make it.

Yes, Other WEIRD stuff happens, and I haven't mentioned the 1/2 of it above.

So, IF I THOUGHT the two were compatible, and I wanted it Secret, I wouldn't have posted that up there. Also, I wouldn't be selling ANY Het T positive Albinos. I would also RAISE the price of Het T positives to TRIPLE THE PRICE. I would also EXPECT to have produced AlBINO MOtleys in the litter, and a bunch of other stuff. And YES, the litter was a LARGE litter with more then enough babies to make a good educated guess.

Where I agree with you Joepower, is the fact that the breeding future of Boas is bright.

I don't think the name celestial boa is a GOOD name, and I also think Super Nova isnt that great either. But who am I to judge a name? I hope this was a Good enough "telestial" answer to your question.

Jeremy

(I can see why people would Love this Post. Shane answered why)
