That guy could/should be eating medium rats by now.I would say try one and STAY WITH HIM,as long as he takes it right away and gets it down he'll be fine with those.Once he gets it down completely,there should be a very noticable lump in his gut for 1-3 days,(it will be somewhat noticable for longer than that but should be significantly smaller)if it lasts longer,you may want to scale back a little.If all goes well you could feed him one of those every 14-16 days,and still get decent growth out of him.As for his size now,he looks OK,maybe a little small,but nothing to worry about.Mice for Burms are usually just to get them eating,but even small burms can tackle full grown mice easily.
