Yeah... after some searching around online, that's what I thought it'd be (or a dark/oddly patterned copperhead) but it was pretty far away from the water, so I wasn't sure. I followed the "If you can't ID it, don't get within bitey distance" rule, though *hugs his camera's zoom*
