Repti heat cable is used by Vision on their new racks. They use the 50' length with a 2' cold lead. The smaller sizes have a 6' cold lead. It is nice because you are not stuck with a pre-determined footprint as with an UTH. You shouldn't need it inside the cage though. If you place it under the cage, be sure to vent. The heat can build up and crack your aquarium without a little escape route. Just raise the tank on a corner or two with a small spacer.
