Did you see any signs of ovulation in the female at all? Boas will shed after they have ovulated, this is the shed most often used to try to determine when they are going to give birth. Unlike in pythons when the pre-lay shed is used.
If they were breeding in Feb, I doubt that she was already gravid. The 2-17 shed may have been her post ovulation shed, or the one she's going into now may be. It's hard to tell without seeing the ovulation, at least for me it is.
