Posted by: morphed at Wed Apr 4 07:32:51 2007 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by morphed ] We keep all of our females in one rack -- cool the rack --and then the room for so many months then start to warm them up, During that time we have females that ovulate early and are gravid for a number of weeks or longer while still in a cooling cycle and we have never had any issues. How cool were you cooling your racks? As long as she had belly heat to lay on during the day she should be fine. We only do temp drops at night and keep them the same during the day to avoid RI and other ailments. They actually only need a 5 degree drop at night, they dont need to be dropped more then that or during the day. If you watched Africas weather forcast daily during their winter months you would be suprised [ Hide Replies ]
