Try placing her in the shower, and let some nice lukewarm water spray on her for about 30 minutes. Mine will go everytime,

(works on almost all herps.) If she still doesn't go, there could be an impaction or something else going on. Try that first,

for some reason just spraying them in their cage doesn't get the same colon reaction, go figure.
