Typically the female will get skinny in her top half like you described where skin can almost flap, and they will get fat in the bottom half. or if there is no noticeable bulge, It could just mean a smaller litter awaits instead of a very large litter. I think I speak for a lot of people on this forum when I say, determining whether a snake is gravid or not can be both very difficult and frustrating. Your best bet is to keep trying to offer food, if she refuses, don't panic. It's just a waiting game. I hope this helps. | ||
