Why Not?

I wonder why my little leopard geckos will not eat mealworms and if there is anything I can do to make them want mealworms (like sticking the worms in the cricket house so they pick up the cricket scent, but what if the crickets pick up the worm scent and they refuse to eat either, ahh!)?



I also wonder why they never use the cool little half log hide I made for them. It is on the cooler end of the tank and I put damp moss inside as a substrate and keep it damp, etc. but they either hang out in the open or under the big somewhat open log-like decoration on the warm side. Anyone know why they wouldn't use a nice humid cozy hide?
