Are you sure you don't mess two species up with one another?



Rhacophorus margaritifer was described as Hyla margaritifera by Schlegel in 1837 and is to be found on Java, Indonesia



Nyctixalus margaritifer was described by Boulenger in 1882 and also originate from Java, Indonesia.



It seems that these two species are completely different, and the later considered possibly a synonym of Philautus aurifasciatus.
