I was perusing my favorite local reptile store when I came across this guy. Apparently someone gave up their whole collection. He's not in the best health, having some yucky stomach rot and such. I've soaked him and then set him up in a tub for a while to settle in, but I took a couple shots first.
My question is...is he anything special? Some kind of morph or a pretty normal? He caught my eye from the very back corner of the cage and I just couldn't say no!
Anyway, without further ado, "Butters" the ball python.
To me he seems considerably lighter than a light normal ball python, and the amount of blushing is just gorgeous. I can't wait to see what he looks like healthy.
