You said..."My chameleons is about 4 months or 3 months old and hes starting to kinda crawl around on the ground every now and"...he may just be exploring his territory. As long as his eyes are open all day and he is drinking and eating and behaving normally I would think there is no problem. Just keep an eye on him.
