Posted by: goalielocks at Wed Aug 13 15:30:34 2003 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by goalielocks ] Some people believe some morphs affect more then just appearance by altering a certain genes, It used to be believed that all morphs were essentially unhealthy things but this theory has been almost entirely disproven. The only morph to my knowledge that has been proven to affect more than appearance is the bloodred cornsnake, They for some reason seem to have weakened immune systems and in general have a shorter life expectancy then other corns because they are more prone to certain diseases. There is also much debate over whether the buttercorn is the calmest or most aggressive of the cornsnakes but such a wide spectrum of opinion seems to indicate it depends more on the individual animal. | ||
