$3000 advertised, yes.
BUT, what is the seller willing to let it go for, and what will it actually/eventually sell for?
It's like those classifieds that encourage you to buy into a project with a statement like "here's your chance to get in early on this project. At last weekend's XXXXXX Show they were priced at $30,000."
Priced?? How about what they actually sold for, if they actually sold.
I can price my cat's crap at $100/LB, but, until it sells for that price, I DON'T have golden cat crap, and I'm just delusional.
