I can suggest that you take your chameleon/s to the vet asap. Also from what I can tell in the photo they are in an aquarium. Get screen cages for them, reptariums or something similiar. From the description you gave me it sounds like more of an light(UV)/nutrition issue. You should be using both a heat lamp and a uvb/uva light. Also you should be dusting your feeder insects. Preferably you should be 'gut loading' them.
