well ive been down there fishign plenty of times and been down there scoping the scene out this past winter and ive heard talk about black rats being down there.

ifound plenty of good spots , alota car hoods and metal with rodent nests underneath as well ass rocky outcrops in brushy fields as well as just plain old woods with lots of rotted loggs and fallen shelter, and thepopulation of birds would be awesome for them too i would assume.

i will look to further prove there existence in thispark/refuge but im loking for anyone elses experience in this area to help me find out were they might be ,i know thers box turtles here wich makes sense cuz i know spots near the delaware border right down 1 95 for them and thats were i start catchign black rats too .i know thers been a black racer found in cobbs creek parkway a few yeasr back wich leads into the tinicum area.coincadence? this has me going

any more info would be appreciated.i even looked on there website and they only have water snakes , garters and dekays listed as the snakes found there .
