I don't know about the Black flag, but about 2 years ago I bought provent-a-mite because my wife took a new delivery straight to the snake room instead of the quarantine room. It came in a package with reptile relief - from LLLreptilesupply the reptile relief can be put directly on the Boa. I would feed my Boa in a separate tub. While its eating, spray the cage with povent-a-mite. When its done eating spray the snake with reptile relief as your putting it back in its cage. Other places to buy from are the bean farm, and maybe Big apple or pro-exotics.
