They can have internal parasites if they havent eaten yet, and if they havent shed yet then they havents eaten yet. Also Mites are not native to africa and you wont se imports from africa with typical black mites, they can have ticks but out of hundreds i have gotten in in the past have never seen a tixk on a baby CH only bush babies or adults.
