If she does have IBD, being a python, she won't survive with it long.
Keep her away from EVERYTHING, and practice better sterilization techniques than most hospitals.
A vet can do little with a live animal, live liver biopsies are possible but expensive.
With risks to the rest of your collection you may want to consider euthanization if it is a serious concern.
Contact the person you got her from immediately with your concern, this is dire because if they are selling animals to other people and had an infected snake there is a serious danger of exposure to other collections.
