A wound like that should not occur from a little stuck shed. If there is no E. V. then at least put some antibiotic ointment on the wound to keep out infection until you can get him to the vet. Is this the same snake that you said hadn't eaten since Jan 5th? If it is you should have the vet look for internal parasites and anything else that might cause unusual weight loss. I've had snakes go six months with one meal in the middle and not loose any visible weight so it isn't good for him to be skinny after less that four. Hope he is ok, keep us posted. | ||
