Posted by: RePtImAlS at Thu Apr 12 15:52:22 2007 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by RePtImAlS ] thanks for the reply , usually it seems to me that my females that end up slugging out become very girthy (tight skinned) and round instead of girthy and "chubby" looking as in the girth flattens out ... i thought it might be because when a female has unfertilized eggs they retian a wider more oval size which causes the boa to "blow up" bc they have wide girth as opposed to when they are developing babies the fertilized eggs start to decrease in mass and develop into babies which lenghthen out along the females body and dont cause such a swelling that looks like a boa will explode rather then just developing a more flattened girth which is the babies lengthing out... | ||
