The T-positive Nicaraguans originate from the Pacific coast of Nicaragua, and from that region many Hypos and Type II Anerys have been brought in. I do not belive that area is being exported from as much nowadays but it used to be the hot spot for Nicaraguans. If you notice among the original T-plus, Type II, Hypo, and Normal (especially the normals available long before any morphs were brought in that boosted the Nic popularity) the boas all had similar characteristics. Similar dark coloration, contrast in the tail blotches and the distint circle back pattern that was very tight but NEVER extended into the tail blotches.

Well with the popularity of Nics after those morphs coupled with over harvesting exporters moved to different regions. Which resulted in the WIDE variety we see in our Nicaraguans today.

So in short given the history of the area it is not unreasonable to believe that more animals from this region carry genes for the T-plus and Type II mutations.

One thing looking at your babies, the T-plus look a lot lighter than other new borns. Again it could be from purity. The only other new born T-plus I have seen were the pics from Jeremy's CA Motley litter and the CA Motley originated from Panama so those wouldn't be pure Pacific Coast Nicaraguan.

Any pictures of the Type II dam? You may also want to talk to Vin Russo, he and Tom Burke have been doing a lot of work with the Nicaraguan Anerys and have some information that might interest you quite a bit if you are not allready familiar with it.
