I don't know what to do

i have a 20 month old panther cham and he has been ill for the past 5 months. Ive had him in and out of the vet, he is very thin and has very problematic eyes. His eyes produce tears and it just dries up and hardens leaving him blind and unable to eat/drink. I live in jersey and i have him in a 36'x24'x18' screen cage, im thinking about moving him into the largest exo terra glass cage in order to keep humidity up. any thoughts would be appreciated. I have never neglected him he is just very problematic and hard to keep him established.
