Roaches

I am getting ready to order more silkworms and I'm thinking about roaches as well. Mulberry has discoids and dubia. In terms of prices, you get double the amount of dubia for the same price as the discoids. Any input on preference would be great. What is the easiest way to set up for roaches? If I just want to order some to try, will I need to have everything set up? Do they taste better plain or dipped in chocolate?
