I might have the name backwards... but those are what I got. Easy to tell males from females which is good so you don't feed off all your females and not know it. And the best part is THEY DON'T FLY OR CLIMB like other roaches. The set up's pretty much the same as crickets: food, water, lots of hiding spots.
