Nutritional content of waxworms?

I know we hear a lot about waxworms being fattening and whatnot, but I just read in a gecko manual that waxworms have a high phosphorous content. Can anybody else verify this? Wouldn't that interfere with calcium absorption and end up being bad for a gravid female? What do you guys think?
