Incubation Temperature

I was wondering if anybody could clarify me on what temperature my jungle carpet eggs should be incubated? I have searched extensively on the internet, one source was 87-90F, another 30C and my friend told me it was 28C. They have been in the indubator for a couple days now and the temperature is hovering around 29C (84.2F).
