The paper is recycled unprinted newspaper. My buddy uses butcher paper. It works alright. The problem with butcher paper is that it is resistant that it takes a while for it to absorb (like urine) but its difficult for the snakes to make a mess of it.
I like the unprinted newspaper. I by it online in rolls. They last quite awhile.
Ya....that siamese twin is pretty funky. Wish it lived. Did your twins live?
